1. How do I request a quote?
Just fill out our quote request form with your event details—date, location, theme, and any special balloon ideas. We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with your personalized estimate.
2. What happens after I request a quote?
After you submit your quote request, here's what you can expect:
1️⃣ Get Your Quote – Custom pricing delivered within 2 business days.
2️⃣ Refine the Design – We’ll collaborate with you to finalize your custom ideas.
3️⃣ Celebrate! – On your event day, we handle setup so you can enjoy a worry-free, unforgettable celebration.
3. What areas do you serve?
We happily bring balloon magic to Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. For events outside our usual range, reach out—we love talking about creative solutions!
4. How do I pay for my balloon decor?
We accept payments via credit/debit card, Venmo, or Zelle. Easy, fast, and safe. To hold your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you approve your quote. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Can I schedule my event last-minute?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute events, but availability is limited. Contact us as soon as possible for the best chance!How far in advance should I book?
For most events, we recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure we can secure your date and create your dream balloon design.Can I make changes after booking?
Minor changes are usually fine, depending on timing. For major changes, please let us know as early as possible so we can accommodate.
Pricing & Custom Designs
Do you offer custom balloon designs or themes?
Absolutely! Share your vision with us, and we’ll craft a one-of-a-kind balloon design just for your event. We can match colors to your invitations, branding, or theme so everything looks perfectly coordinated.Are there extra charges for delivery or setup?
Delivery and setup costs depend on distance and complexity. We include all applicable fees in your quote—no surprises!
Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver and set up the balloons?
Yes! Every balloon is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and looks perfect at your venue. Larger installations may require additional delivery arrangements, and your custom quote will reflect any applicable fees. We’ll always communicate this clearly upfront so there are no surprises.Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Custom on-site installations cannot be picked up. Only our Grab & Go garlands and balloon stacks are available for pickup. Visit our Grab & Go page for details.
Safety & Handling
Are your balloons safe for kids and pets?
Yes! Our balloons are non-toxic, though most are made of latex, so we recommend keeping them out of reach of small children and pets. We’ll provide tips to keep your display safe and beautiful.How long will my balloons last?
Latex balloons typically last several days or more indoors, while foil/mylar balloons can last weeks under ideal conditions. Outdoor longevity depends on factors like temperature, sunlight, and wind. We take care to set up each display beautifully, but we cannot guarantee how long balloons will last after setup.Do you inflate latex balloons with helium or air?
For most designs, we use air, which is ideal for arches, garlands, and sculptural arrangements. We do not typically use helium because it’s expensive, a limited natural resource, and we want to minimize environmental impact. If you really want helium for floating balloons, we can help coordinate with trusted helium vendors, though we cannot guarantee helium performance or availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
We know things happen! The deposit is always non-refundable, and cancellations within one week of your eventcannot be refunded, since materials and preparations are already underway. If you cancel after paying your deposit but more than a week before your event, you may be eligible for a partial refund—full details are in your contract.Can I reschedule my event if the date changes?
Yes! Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
